Ingredients: 1200 g pitted chicken breasts (extinguish and remove the skin), 2 tbsp. diced celery, 2 tbsp. diced (1.3 cm) fresh pineapple, 1 tbsp. red grapes (cut in half and remove the bones), 1/2 tbsp. cream, 1 tbsp. homemade mayonnaise (recipe you will find here), salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, lettuce leaves (for decoration).
Instructions. Cut the chicken into 2.5 cm pieces. Mix in a large bowl with celery, pineapple and grapes. Whip the cream with the mayonnaise until fully mixed and pour the chicken so that it is completely covered with this mixture. Stir thoroughly, season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the salad on the leaves of lettuce and serve on the table.
